Kate and Kels are beginning their running journey with me, each taking on their own challenge and embracing the process of training, growth, and discovery along the wayπŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ—»

Kate- I’m training with Charlotte for the London Marathon with the aim of improving my overall health and fitness. As it’s my first marathon, I’m not focused on my finishing time β€” my priority is to build the endurance to run the entire distance whilst actually enjoying it. I’m also excited to establish a consistent routine, as I sometimes struggle with motivation to get to the gym, and having a structured plan really helps keep me committed and on track.

Kels-I’m training with Charlotte for the London Half Marathon to challenge myself, build my fitness, and stay motivated every step of the way. But this journey is about more than just running, I’m doing it in support of Pancreatic Cancer UK.
