Kate and Kels are beginning their running journey with me, each taking on their own challenge and embracing the process of training, growth, and discovery along the wayππ»ββοΈπ»
Kate- Iβm training with Charlotte for the London Marathon with the aim of improving my overall health and fitness. As itβs my first marathon, Iβm not focused on my finishing time β my priority is to build the endurance to run the entire distance whilst actually enjoying it. Iβm also excited to establish a consistent routine, as I sometimes struggle with motivation to get to the gym, and having a structured plan really helps keep me committed and on track.
Kels-Iβm training with Charlotte for the London Half Marathon to challenge myself, build my fitness, and stay motivated every step of the way. But this journey is about more than just running, Iβm doing it in support of Pancreatic Cancer UK.
